Opening soon

Welcome in. You're early, and that's the point.

Step inside before we open.

Irfium is a new kind of online store. Watch short videos and shop what you see, ask a built-in assistant for help, and buy or sell with your community, all in one place. It is a hybrid marketplace for both B2C and C2C ecommerce. Let's join Irfium to make it India's own marketplace.

We aren't open to the public yet, and we'd love your help getting it right.

What your answers will shape

Every question in the survey connects to a decision we still have to make.

  • Real needs

How you shop today, what frustrates you on other platforms, and what you would expect from a new one.

  • Trust and security

What makes you comfortable paying, sharing details and dealing with sellers online, and what makes you walk away.

  • Your recommendations

Features, ideas and improvements you'd like to see. Some of the best suggestions come from people who haven't seen the product yet.

  • Launch priorities

What has to work perfectly on day one, and what can wait for later.

The doors open soon. Tell us what belongs on the shelves.

Thank you for being among the first to shape Irfium.
